It is the process of developing a document that formally authorizes a project or a phase and documenting initial requirements that satisfy the stakeholder’s needs and expectations.

This is the process of defining the project and product requirements as well as a requirements  management plan.

This is the process of developing a detailed description of the project and product.

 3.4.4 Create Work Breakdown Structure

subdividing project deliverables and project work into smaller,more manageable components.

identifying the specific actions to be performed to produce the project deliverables.

  • Achive all relevant project document
  • Closing out procurements.
